Order Processing: Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may be longer during weekends, public holidays, peak seasons, or for large/heavy items. Delivery: Delivery time depends on the courier, delivery area, item size, and service availability. Large items such as speakers, subwoofers, amplifiers, and PA system sets may require additional handling time. Free Shipping: If free shipping is displayed on the product page, checkout page, or order page, the order will be eligible for free shipping according to the stated promotion. Extra charges may apply for remote areas, special handling, or large items if required by the courier. Cash on Delivery: Cash on Delivery may be available only when shown at checkout. COD orders may require confirmation before shipment. Receiving Your Order: Please inspect the parcel when it arrives. If the package is visibly damaged, take photos or videos before opening and contact us as soon as possible.
