All online orders must be completed through the secure Shopify checkout on https://ccfshop.net. Checkout shows the final product price, shipping cost, available payment options, and order total before payment.
- Payment options are displayed at checkout based on delivery country, order value, and payment provider availability.
- Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
- If Cash on Delivery is available for an order, it will appear as a checkout option before the order is placed.
- CCF Audio does not ask customers to send card details, bank passwords, OTP codes, or sensitive payment information by email, chat, WhatsApp, or phone.
- If payment fails or order status is unclear, contact us with the checkout email and order number.
