Return & Refund Policy

Customers may request a return within 15 days after receiving the order, provided that the item is unused, not installed, not damaged, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

Returns or refunds may be accepted for

• Wrong item received.
• Item damaged during delivery.
• Manufacturing defect.
• Item significantly different from the product description.

Returns or refunds may not be accepted for

• Items that have been used, installed, modified, repaired, or damaged by the customer.
• Missing packaging, accessories, manuals, or parts.
• Damage caused by incorrect installation, wrong voltage, incorrect wiring, misuse, or external equipment.
• Requests made after the 15-day return period.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
