CCF Audio ships online orders from Malaysia. Please review the information below for order processing, delivery estimates, and shipping support.

1. Delivery Area & Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders delivered to serviceable addresses in Malaysia.

Address eligibility and available delivery options are shown at checkout before payment. Please check that your address is supported before completing your order.

2. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing time is separate from delivery time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

• Courier service and delivery location.
• Parcel size and weight.
• Public holidays and courier disruptions.
• Accessibility of the delivery address.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Large or Heavy Items

Speakers, subwoofers, amplifiers, and PA system sets may require additional handling time because of their size and weight.

Please contact us before ordering if you need to confirm delivery arrangements for a large or heavy item.

5. Remote Areas

Some remote locations may require additional courier handling time or may not be serviceable.

Available delivery options will be shown at checkout where supported. If no delivery option is available for your address, please contact us for assistance before placing your order.

6. Delivery Address & Contact Details

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a valid phone number.

Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or failed deliveries. CCF Audio is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.

7. Receiving Your Order

Please inspect the parcel when it arrives.

If the packaging is visibly damaged:

• Take clear photos or videos of the parcel before opening it.
• Keep the packaging and all contents.
• Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and evidence of the damage.

1. Return Request Period

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

All return requests are subject to the conditions below. The 15-day period does not mean that every item is eligible for a return or refund.

Please contact us before sending any item back.

2. Eligible Return Reasons

We may accept a return or refund request if:

• You received the wrong item.
• The item was damaged during delivery.
• The item has a manufacturing defect confirmed after inspection.
• The item is significantly different from its description on ccfshop.net.

3. Required Item Condition

Returned items must:

• Be unused and not installed.
• Have no customer-caused damage.
• Include the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and all supplied parts.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your item arrived damaged or appears defective, please describe its condition and provide clear photos or videos when contacting us.

4. Items and Issues Not Eligible

Returns or refunds may not be accepted for:

• Items used, installed, modified, repaired, or damaged by the customer.
• Items with missing packaging, accessories, manuals, or parts.
• Damage caused by incorrect installation, incorrect voltage, incorrect wiring, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or external equipment.
• Requests submitted after the 15-day return request period.
• Clearance, special-order, or customized products, unless defective.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:

• An error made by CCF Audio.
• Confirmed damage during delivery.
• A confirmed product defect.

Free delivery on your original order does not automatically include free return shipping.

If a free return service is displayed on the product page, checkout page, or order page, the conditions shown for that service apply.

Please contact us to confirm the return arrangements and shipping responsibility before sending your parcel.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
